A simple and delicious nutrition dense salad you will love.
Wash the kale leaves and cut the leaves off the thick stems. Slice leaves finely. Pour a liberal amount of extra virgin olive oil over the kale and massage into the leaves for a minute or two until the leaves begin to soften. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese over the salad. Whisk the remaining olive oil with red wine vinegar and honey. Pour over the salad. Toss then serve. Delicious!
