A fruity, protein rich smoothie that is hard to beat for breakfast or as an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 250g punnet strawberries organic if possible
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dash maple syrup optional

Instructions

  1. Simply add all ingredients to a blender and wizz until smooth and liquified. Simply delicious!
