A delicious family meal that can be locally sourced to support primary producers.
Combine mince with garlic, egg and oregano with salt and pepper. Form into dessert spoon full sized meatballs. Place in an oven proof casserole dish. Top with tinned tomato, cannelllini beans, garlic and herbs. Bake, covered in the oven set to 200°C for about 40 minutes. Serve over brown rice, pasta or mashed potato and garnish with sliced black olives and rocket leaves.
