Gorgeous looking and delicious to taste - a perfect way to spoil yourself and those you love.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line and grease a heart shaped cake tin that is about 15cm in length (through middle). Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs - one at a time. Fold in the flour and then the milk and beat until smooth. Pour the batter into the tin and bake until risen and golden and a skewer comes out clean.
With a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and light. Then mix in icing sugar and vanilla a little at a time until smooth. Fold in frozen raspberries until a rippled effect is achieved. Ice the top of the cake and scatter some extra raspberries over the top.
