In a bowl roughly blend the strawberries with a hand blender. Don't over blend.

In a separate bowl mix the cream, condensed milk and vanilla together with an electric beater until well combined.

Add strawberry pulp to the cream mixture and combine with a large spoon then transfer to a container with a lid then pop in the freezer to freeze over night.
