A delicious, no delectable take on my favourite, smoked salmon
Melt butter and stir through grated potatoes. Spoon tablespoons of potato mixture into an oiled frying pan and cook on medium high until crisp and golden, turning once.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dill.
Assemble with rosti on plate topped with slices of salmon, greens and a spoon of dressing on the side with sliced cucumbers. Serve and enjoy. That's it!
