  • 1 pkt Marie (plain,sweet) biscuits
  • 1 400g tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp Dutch cocoa
  • 1/2 cup raisins or sultanas
  • 1/4 cup rum or to taste
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut


  1. Simply process the biscuits in the food processor to form fine crumbs. Then, by hand, mix in the rest of the ingredients. With damp hands take teaspoon amounts to form small balls and roll between palms. Then coat in dessicated coconut. Chill until firm then give with love.
