A simple recipe for fail-proof pancakes that will delight again and again.
Super easy, simply combine dry ingredients, whisk in egg and then whisk in milk until a batter the consistency of thick cream forms. Heat a frying pan (electric works really well). Grease the pan with the butter. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan but be careful not to crowd it. The pancakes will be ready to turn when bubbles form on the upside. Turn and continue to cook for about a minute. They are ready when they are golden brown.
Enjoy with fruit and maple syrup or American style with bacon and eggs.
