Delicious, melt in your mouth smoked salmon with a delectable cream cheese flavoured with herbs. Pair this with homebaked rye sourdough and I'm in heaven!
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, a little horseradish, dill and capers. Add cracked pepper and a little salt. Spread on slices of rye. Top with a slice of smoked salmon and dress with dill and a couple of capers. Squeeze a little lemon juice on top of each round.
