Ingredients

  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 500 ml cream
  • 4 tbsp fresh dill
  • 200 g smoked salmon flaked
  • 100 g parmesan or grano padano cheese finely grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into slice tin and bake until puffed and golden - about 20 minutes. When cooled slice into small squares. Serve with champagne and enjoy your Christmas festivities.
