Tasty and nutritious, you can enjoy this meal in 30 minutes!
Before you begin, mix together sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce and stock in a small jug. Heat a little oil in your wok or frying pan and brown the chicken until cooked through. Stir through the garlic, ginger and chilli and cook until fragrant. Add your vegetables and cook until spinach is wilted and broccolini and beans are bright green and crisp. Pour in the sauces and stock and cook until bubbling. Reduce the sauce a little and then serve the stir fry with your favourite rice or fried rice.
