Delicately flavoured with orange, soft and not too sweet.
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg then fold in the oats and SR flour. Lastly add the orange zest. Take half a tablespoonful of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place on a lined baking tray. Continue with the rest of the mixture adding the balls over two baking trays. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden. Allow to cool as they will be very soft when just cooked.
