Summer Breakfast Smoothie

A delicious smoothie that has great nutritional value. So easy to throw everything in a blender for a refreshing start to the day.

  • 1 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 dessert spoons Greek yoghurt heaped
  • 1 dessert spoon desiccated coconut heaped
  • 2 cups milk


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Pour into glasses and serve. Frozen raspberries will produce an icier drink which is nice on a hot morning.
