Crispy morsels of vegetable goodness that are delicious with dill tzatziki.
Combine vegetables, flour, cheeses and dill with beaten egg. Mixture should be slightly wet. Drop tablespoons of mixture in hot oil. Turn once so that both sides are golden, edges crispy and the fritter is firm. It usually takes only a couple of minutes each side. Serve with Dill Tzatziki.
