Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled or steel cut oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tsp honey or maple syrup if using

Instructions

  1. Place oats and water in a saucepan and gently heat on a medium high heat stirring constantly so the oatmeal doesn't stick. (It will stick a little). When to your desired texture spoon into bowls. Top with berries, chia seeds and honey or maple syrup if using. Can be served with dairy or non dairy milk.
